MEI’s President, Rich Meiss, has played a key role in the Human Resource Industry since 1972, holding executive positions with Personal Dynamics Institute, Carlson Learning Company (now Inscape Publishing) and The Bob Pike Group.
He has personally trained over 50,000 trainers and leaders, conducting workshops, seminars and delivering keynote speeches in over 150 cities in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Europe and Asia.
Rich works with organizations in creating and delivering innovative training programs at the organizational level (coaching, teambuilding, sales, service) and at the personal level (leadership, empowerment, motivation).
An inspiring speaker and interactive trainer, Rich delivers seminars and keynotes each year to businesses, organizations, and trade associations. His topics vary, but his theme always centers on increasing personal and organizational productivity through developing the human side of enterprise. Rich is an active member of the National Speakers Association and the American Society for Training and Development and he has addressed his peers at national conferences.
Rich has co-authored training programs with Bob Pike, Dr. Denis Waitley and Dr. Michael O’Connor, William Mills, Dave Arch and has published numerous articles in trade journals. Special recognition includes being listed in Who’s Who in the Midwest and Emerging Leaders in America.
